All sales are final.

Because our playhouses are handcrafted, made-to-order, and shipped as large freight items, we are unable to accept returns once an order is placed.

 

Why we can’t accept returns:

• Large freight shipments are extremely expensive to send and receive

• Each playhouse is built specifically for your order

• Many orders include custom colors, accessories, or configurations that cannot be resold

• Returned units often arrive with freight wear, making them unsellable at full price

 

This policy allows us to maintain high quality, fair pricing, and fast delivery for all customers.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we start preparing materials immediately:

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund

• After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or refunded

(Custom builds begin material prep even faster; cancellation windows may vary.)

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will repair or replace any affected parts at no cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can fix it right away.
